SHIPPING POLICY

We make it our goal to ship your orders out fast, we guarantee this by only selling products that are readily available to be shipped out. We typically ship our products within 3-4 business days after receiving your order.

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Rest assured, all our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse situated in Florida, ensuring prompt handling and delivery. Please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your convenience.

RETURN POLICY

 

We greatly appreciate your business. The Imperial Workshop team hopes you are elated with your saber. Nonetheless, if you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (in new/unused condition) for a refund . Please read below for more detailed information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item(s), please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address we provide.

 

Please keep in mind, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable method to mail the return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we may process the refund. Please allow for up to at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds vary between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Imperial Workshop will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

(Please Note: If a repair kit is sent to you or we have previously repaired your product, you will be unable to receive a refund even if your product is in new/unused condition.)

 

 

WARRANTY

 

For defective products that have had an electronic malfunction (not inflicted by the user), please contact us to arrange a warranty service. Our warranty on all products is 14 days from when your first receive the product. Once that warranty service (repair) has been used your product will no longer be covered under warranty. 

International orders will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

CANCELATION 

If an order is canceled or returned, even before it is shipped, there will be a 5% restocking fee. This will be 5% of the total amount paid on the order. This will not be waived even if the order is cancelled right after being placed, please make sure the order is correct before checking out.

COUPONS
Coupons must be added to an order during checkout. This can be done on the cart page by clicking "Enter a promo code". Coupons can not be added after an order is placed. If an order is cancelled due to a coupon not being added a 5% restocking fee will still be applied.

Warning: Frying your board is not covered by our warranty. To prevent frying your board DO NOT use a power source that is over 5V and 1 Amp to charge your saber. Check the specs of your charger and it is always recommended that you use a computers USB port to charge your saber (5V and 0.5 Amp).

TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use (“Terms”) effective January 30, 2021. These Terms state restrictions on how you can use Imperial Workshop’s website and our liability should something go wrong. Use of Imperial Workshop’s website indicates your agreement to resolve disputes via binding arbitration without class action litigation. Imperial Workshop manages this website on behalf of itself. By accessing‚ using‚ registering for‚ or purchasing merchandise from Imperial Workshop‚ you agree to be bound by these Terms. Visiting or using the Imperial Workshop's website indicates agreement to these Terms. Imperial Workshop reserves the right to make updates and changes to our website‚ our policies and these Terms at any time. All changes are effective upon posting. Accessing, signing in or registering to use Imperial Workshop’s website indicates acceptance of these Terms.

The information you provide to us is not sold or shared. It is only used for our own marketing purposes. The internet is not 100% secure. It is not possible for any website to promise that your info is completely safe. Please use caution when using the internet and providing personal info to others. Imperial Workshop is not intended for children under the age of 16. We make every effort to avoid collecting info from children under the age of 16. Please email Support@ImperialWorkshop.com if you are aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal info so we may handle accordingly. We are located in and do business only within the United States. Info we maintain is stored solely within the US and we do not share with third parties. Marketing and Tracking Tool Choices: You may opt out of receiving emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email.
