We make it our goal to ship your orders out fast, we guarantee this by only selling products that are readily available to be shipped out. We typically ship our products within 3-4 business days after receiving your order.
Currently we are only shipping to customers within the United States and do not ship internationally.
We greatly appreciate your business. The Imperial Workshop team hopes you are elated with your saber. Nonetheless, if you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (in new/unused condition) for a refund . Please read below for more detailed information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
To return an item(s), please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address we provide.
Please keep in mind, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable method to mail the return.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we may process the refund. Please allow for up to at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds vary between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Imperial Workshop will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
(Please Note: If a repair kit is sent to you or we have previously repaired your product, you will be unable to receive a refund even if your product is in new/unused condition.)
For defective products that have had an electronic malfunction (not inflicted by the user), please contact us to arrange a warranty service. Our warranty on all products is 14 days from when your first receive the product. Once that warranty service (repair) has been used your product will no longer be covered under warranty.
International orders will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Warning: Frying your board is not covered by our warranty. To prevent frying your board DO NOT use a power source that is over 5V and 1 Amp to charge your saber. Check the specs of your charger and it is always recommended that you use a computers USB port to charge your saber (5V and 0.5 Amp).
