when I first received the saber the core did not work and I tried contacting the customer service and it a little more that 2 weeks for a new one to be sent out because their response time it took 3 days for most of their response and that is after I sent a second email. Just receive the replacement core and it is cracked and bent. now I have to wait even longer to be able to use my saber

I am a huge fan of the Cal Kestis Star Wars games and I love this lightsaber design. Its so fun to hold, display and to spin. This saber made me feel like a Jedi and it sparked my imagination to play fight again (Which I haven't done since I was a kid). The only issue I've had so far are the small rectangles that stick out of the middle of the lightsaber handle (right above the black handle) They can be a little sharp when spinning/throwing it fast.
