Bought the Incursion sabre as a birthday gift and my son could not be happier. Well made with a lot of features. Was a little worried about a faulty battery as it would not charge fully, but turns out completely powering down to charge fixes that.

My order like everyone else’s got delayed, but the support team were very helpful the entire way with updating me on the status of my order and even offered refunding options. The lightsaber itself works great with the V3 board and feels very sturdy. Only issue is that the handle can feel loose at times, but can be easily tightened. This was my first purchase and I’m very happy with it, definitely would recommend!

It took awhile, and there was an issue with UPS. Customer service was incredible. I will say the handle is a bit loose, and this blade is not great for spinning in my opinion do to the little flaps at at the top. However it's beautiful, bright, and loud.

Took a while to get here but turn out better than I expected. Very durable and lots of customization.
