I ordered the arc v3 about 4 days ago yet once it came the blade wont work but the sounds do. I ordered it before i made account account, what can i do to get a replacement
My vega hilt has stopped working and I don't know why! Charging it doesn't work. I've also tried adjusting the charging plates by the battery but that hasn't done anything. I think the problem might be that I did a step wrong when taking out the SD card and corrupted it. Anybody have a solution? Also, can somebody tell me where to find the update files that I can install for my saber?

just wondering how long does the shipping process take, im from australia and last week i ordered my saber about 4 days ago by now and havent heard anything back on if its been shipped, is this shipping fast eg its coming from a vender inside australia or is it being brought in out of state like china or america
