To enhance your experience and minimize shipping costs, orders of 2 or more sabers will be combined in one package. Should you require individual packaging, please contact our support team. Please note, individual packaging may incur additional shipping charges due to deviations from our standard packing procedure. Sabers will be shipped in their original branded packaging unless additional discreet packaging was added to the order.

1.Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. In the event that you provide an incorrect address and your package does not arrive, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements can only be offered if the address provided is accurate.

2.It is crucial to include all necessary details such as street numbers, apartment numbers, building numbers, or any other specific information related to your address. If your package is lost in transit or incorrectly marked as delivered due to missing address information, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

3.When filling out the address fields, please make sure to enter your house number and street name in the first address line. Additionally, include your apartment number or building number in the second address line. Incorrectly entered address information may result in delivery issues or the loss of your package. Please note that in such cases, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.

5.Please be aware that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you provide a shipping address that includes a PO box, your order will be held up, potentially for 1-2 weeks, until we can contact you to update the address. To avoid delays, kindly provide an address without a PO box.
